Any registered participants and accompanying persons are welcomed.
Pre-Registration has been closed. There are still some seats available. We will accept an application at Registration desk on-site.
Gala Party tickets can be bought from the "Online Registration" form.

The buffet menu will be prepared by the Imperial Hotel, one of Japan's leading traditional hotels. We are looking forward to seeing you at the event, where you can not only experience Japanese food and culture, but also have a chance to have a hands-on experience.
